2027 printable calendar

Print all of 2027 on one sheet, or one month at a time with day cells large enough to write in. The generator is already set to 2027: pick a month or Full year (12 months), choose Letter or A4 and a Sunday or Monday week start, and the sheet prints at the true size of the paper in your tray. 2027 is a common year: it opens on a Friday and, at 365 days, closes on a Friday too. The sheet is drawn in your browser with no watermark and no sign-up, and nothing is uploaded.

How this 2027 calendar is built

School terms, fiscal quarters, travel windows and standing commitments are easier to place when the whole year is in front of you on paper. This page opens with 2027 already loaded, and it redraws the sheet each time you change a setting and once more when you press print. For every month, your browser's own calendar arithmetic supplies the weekday the month opens on and the number of days it holds, and the generator counts the week rows from those two numbers. With no leap day in 2027, February gets 28 days, and the year's 365 days make 52 full weeks with one day left over, so the year both opens and closes on a Friday. You can check those facts against the dates shown in the sheet.

Choose full-year mode for an overview or single-month mode for more writing space. The year sheet sets the twelve months three across and four down in portrait, or four across and three down in landscape; a single month suits a fridge, clipboard or planning folder. Set the document and printer to the same paper size, then choose 100% or Actual Size in the print dialog. The SVG dimensions do not override your print driver, so check the first sheet with the ruler test before printing a stack.

The sheets on this page print the dates and a clean grid. They carry no holidays, week numbers or moon phases, because those vary by country, employer and convention, and a wrong mark on a planning calendar is worse than a blank cell. Full-year mode also drops the cell borders and shrinks the numerals so twelve grids stay legible on one page, which leaves little room to write inside a day.

For planning, the 2027 dates to watch are the three US federal holidays that land on a weekend, because their closures move to a weekday. Juneteenth (June 19) falls on a Saturday, and its federal closure moves back to Friday, June 18. Independence Day (July 4) falls on a Sunday, so the closure moves forward to Monday, July 5. Christmas Day (December 25) falls on a Saturday, and the closure is Friday, December 24. One more shifted closure comes from the next year: New Year's Day 2028 is a Saturday, which means its federal observed date is Friday, December 31, 2027. That is why the December 2027 page carries an observed mark for a holiday that is nominally in 2028. With a Monday week start, February 2027 fits in four week rows, because its 28 days begin on Monday, February 1; the single-month sheet then has taller cells to write in.

Frequently asked questions

What day does 2027 start on, and is it a leap year?
January 1, 2027 falls on a Friday. 2027 is not a leap year, so February has 28 days and the year runs 365 days, which is 52 weeks plus one day. That is why December 31, 2027 lands on a Friday as well. The generator works these dates out from your browser's own calendar each time it draws the sheet.
Are 2027 holidays marked on the sheet?
No. Every day cell on this page's sheets prints blank, because holiday sets differ by country, state, school district and employer. For US planning, the fixed-date ones are easy to pencil in: New Year's Day is Friday, January 1; Independence Day is Sunday, July 4; and Christmas Day is Saturday, December 25. To get them printed, open the month pages linked below: every month of 2027 has its own page with the US federal holidays marked in the cells, on the actual date and on the observed date.
Which 2027 federal holidays fall on a weekend, and when are they observed?
Three in 2027. Under the federal rule, a holiday that lands on a Saturday is observed the Friday before, and one that lands on a Sunday is observed the following Monday. Juneteenth (June 19) is a Saturday, observed on Friday, June 18; Independence Day (July 4) is a Sunday, so the federal closure moves to Monday, July 5; and Christmas Day (December 25) is a Saturday, observed on Friday, December 24. Schools and private employers set their own calendars and often differ, so treat those dates as the federal baseline and write in what your own organization publishes.
Should I print the whole year on one sheet or a month at a time?
Print the year on one sheet to look dates up, and a month per sheet to write in. Full-year mode fits all twelve grids on a single page, and a landscape copy reads best on a wall or inside a binder cover, where you want to find a date quickly. Single-month mode gives each day a cell big enough to write in, which suits a desk, a fridge or a clipboard. Many people print both: the year for reference and the current month for daily use.
Does it print correctly on A4 as well as US Letter?
Yes. The page tells the print dialog to use a sheet exactly 215.9 × 279.4 mm for Letter or 210 × 297 mm for A4, and redraws the grid to fill the size you picked, so nothing is stretched from one size to the other. The one setting to check is scale: leave it at 100% or "Actual size", because "Fit to page" shrinks the sheet. The sheet is built inside your browser and printed from it, so no file is uploaded either way.
